Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026. These Terms explain how Mostra handles accounts, submissions, creator claims, ratings, reviews, links, and platform responsibility.
Short version: submitters are responsible for what they submit. Mostra organizes and archives information, but does not guarantee the validity, legality, ownership, safety, or availability of creator-submitted projects or external links.
1. What Mostra Is
Mostra is an archive, discovery, rating, and metadata platform for AI-made and hybrid media projects, including narrative shorts, music videos, commercials, experimental work, documentaries, games, episodic series, workflows, and related creator profiles.
Mostra exists to index who made what, which tools and models were used, and how projects landed with an audience through community ratings, reviews, credits, process notes, and submitted production context.
Mostra does not claim ownership of submitted projects and does not act as the producer, distributor, publisher, agent, employer, studio, or legal representative of creators or submitters.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify Mostra if you believe your account has been misused.
Some features, including submissions, ratings, reviews, watchlists, follow notifications, creator profiles, and admin workflows, may require login, verified email, or additional review.
3. Submissions and Creator Responsibility
Creators, studios, submitters, and team members are solely responsible for every title, poster, thumbnail, source link, trailer, synopsis, credit, tool disclosure, workflow detail, claim, likeness, voice, music, image, model, dataset, and other material they submit or request to add.
By submitting content, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that the project does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, platform, union, talent, music, likeness, voice, data, or other third-party rights.
If you submit on behalf of a studio, team, client, collaborator, or rights holder, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Mostra may request verification, reject a claim, hold a listing pending review, or remove a listing at any time.
4. AI and Production Disclosures
Mostra may ask submitters to disclose tools, models, credits, budget estimates, workflow details, consent status, IP status, source links, and team credits. These disclosures are supplied by users and are not guaranteed by Mostra.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content, custom models, voice or likeness use, copyrighted or franchise-based material, and training-data claims are lawful, safe, and properly authorized.
5. Prohibited Content
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, malicious, exploitative, pornographic, non-consensual nude or sexual content, child sexual abuse material, hate content, harassment, doxxing, malware, spam, impersonation, or content that encourages violence or illegal activity.
Do not submit posters, thumbnails, source links, trailers, reviews, comments, or workflow materials that contain nudity, explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate material, or unsafe links. Mostra may remove content or restrict accounts when this rule is violated.
6. License You Grant Mostra
You keep the rights you own in your submitted content. By submitting content to Mostra, you grant Mostra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, format, index, excerpt, moderate, publish, and distribute that content for operating, improving, promoting, and archiving the platform.
This license includes metadata, titles, descriptions, credits, images, links, logos you provide, reviews, comments, workflow details, ratings, and other submitted materials. You must not submit confidential or NDA-protected information unless you are authorized to do so.
7. Ratings, Reviews, Comments, and Community Features
Ratings, reviews, comments, watchlists, follows, tool ratings, workflow ratings, and creator signals are user activity. They reflect individual users and do not represent Mostra's endorsement, verification, or opinion.
Mostra may moderate, hide, remove, rate-limit, reject, or investigate activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, spammy, unsafe, misleading, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.
8. Third-Party Links, Tools, and Sources
Mostra may link to third-party platforms, source videos, social profiles, tools, festivals, creators, studios, and external websites. Mostra does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, availability, pricing, policies, moderation, content, or safety.
A source link, tool listing, rating, festival listing, or creator profile does not mean Mostra endorses, sponsors, verifies, or guarantees that third party.
9. Takedowns, Corrections, and Disputes
If you believe a listing violates your rights, contains inaccurate ownership claims, credits the wrong team, includes unsafe material, or links to unauthorized content, contact Mostra with the project title, link, your relationship to the project, and supporting details.
Mostra may remove, edit, restrict, label, or hold content while reviewing a dispute. Mostra is not required to resolve private disputes between creators, studios, collaborators, clients, platforms, rights holders, or viewers.
10. Platform Availability and Changes
Mostra may change, suspend, remove, rename, reorganize, or discontinue features, pages, listings, accounts, tools, ratings, comments, workflows, or datasets at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mostra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. No Warranties
Mostra is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Mostra does not warrant that submissions, credits, ratings, tool disclosures, ownership claims, source links, rankings, reviews, comments, or other platform data are accurate, complete, lawful, safe, current, or available.
Mostra is a platform for organizing and discovering information. It is not legal, financial, creative, production, rights-clearance, or distribution advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mostra is not responsible for user-submitted content, creator claims, source links, third-party websites, ratings, reviews, comments, ownership disputes, IP disputes, unsafe external content, inaccurate metadata, unavailable projects, or losses arising from use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mostra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, even if Mostra has been advised that such damages may occur.
13. Contact
For rights concerns, listing corrections, moderation requests, verification issues, or legal notices, contact Mostra through the official contact channel made available on the platform or by email at legal@ai-mdb.com.
